Devmode help

Ok i saw this post a long a.ss time ago, but 4got where it was...i friggin searched for about 15-20 min so don't b.itch at me for posting this.
1. I have haloce i want to use devmode on lan.
2. What do I have to type in the console to enable devmode/disable
3. How do i rotate/move the camera

First, Type " -console -devmode" (no quotes)
Then, start up a game. Load a LAN Game.
Next, Type debug_camera_load then debug_camera_save
Finally, Use the scroll thing to adjust the speed and move using the w,a,s,d,f,r keys.(you have to hold down the scroller while moving/adjusting speeds)
