HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

K I feel really stupid for not knowing whats wrong, but I just d/l dothalo and after extracting everything I try to fun the program and I get the error:

DotHalo.exe - Aplication Error
The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Well anyone know what I can do to fix that?

you need the microsoft .net framework
