PLEASE SOME ONE READ THIS

i have tool but every time i start it it just closes. the debug says something about not finding toolbeta.map. so i download hekter and now i dont know what to do. im trying to turn my model from jms to gbx. i went to hekter and selected model, then i put in the directory to my model and hit run tool.exe but nothing happens!!! how do i convert this stupid file!!!!!!!!!!

You are running it with command promt, right?

Dude, you just triple posted. Edit ur posts!
BTW, it is supposed to say cannot read toolbeta.map. Ignore it, it means nothing. Tell use what you are trying to do, and how you are trying to do it.

sorry i have a model "teapot.JMS" it is just a test but i linked all the little boxes like cockpitlight to it and i exported it as a JMS file so now im trying to convert that file to a gbx model file. it says i have to use tool.exe to convert it but everytime i open it, it just closes. so then i go to look at debug .txt and it says could not load toolbeta.map or whatever. so i need to know what i can do to convert my JMS file to a gbx file. does anyone know why tool keeps closing or can anyone explain really well how to convert the jms file into gbx and tell all the directories of where the jms file should be and just a really good tutorial plz. if someone has converted jms files into gbx could you tell me how. thanks. plus do i need tool to do it?
