ADI Error Loading Program

I just got a new computer and whenever I try and load ADI, it always says

The application failed to inicialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate this application.

I just would like to know how I can fix this. Thanks

got microsoft net.frameworks??? thats what you need i thank

and after that u might need the SDK.. also able to find on microsoft.com
