Ok theirs a program called hmk2 i used to have it..it came with hmt spark edit and more but i wiped my pc out and forgot where to download it.....if any1 knows please tell me.
why didn't you just copy paste it here instead of giving an annoying link to click?
And HMK2 (never heard of it) but i assume it stands for Halo Modding Kit.
dunno where to get it though...
