What is the path to open tool.exe?

What path would you type into command prompt?
look.
tool.exe will automaticly see that the map is in data so if you map is in
C:/program files/Halo custom edition/data/levels/test/something
you have to typ in tool.exe "/levels/test/something" thats all!
