BSP/Model Sections Error

Ok, so i know injecting models from SP is fairly easy, but whenever i get to the BSP/Model Sections part, i always get an error message. I'm using HMT V 3.5 and have tried many tutorials and followed the directions correctly, but i get the same error message everytime. Just wondering if i'm doing anything wrong, or if it may just be a hardware problem.

what is the error message; if its on the rebuilding part then its probably just a bug in HMT; reintall it
