To make them invincible, just make their health EXTREMELY high, like 1,000,000,000+++lol. And to make MC fly....I'm not sure.

The easy way is to use hmt.
-go to collision model and open up that title.
-then swap the cyborg meta some vehicle or object that is normally invincible, like the warthog.

Actully to make them not able to die just change the health to 0
