hello, im new to modding. im a pro halo player but ive never modded bfore. i have downloaded several maps from various sites but i cant do anything withn them, can u help. i have CE and sapien, guerilla, HEK, and HHHT
soooo i think i can do it i just havnt figgered it out yet. thanx for the help
aso im not like a hacker but i kno my way around puters.

Ok you need to tell us what kind of mod ur trying to make or what exactly ur trying to do before we can help you.
On a side note, I dont know anything about modding on CE and I only know basic modding on PC. So if you have a complex question there are far better people to help you on this site than me but I probably can anwser basic questions. To mod PC you will need HMT and Sparkedit

what i mean is how do i apply downloadable maps and stuff to my puter
how do i use them, like i found one where u can be the flood. and 1 where u use new weapoins, and all thaat shit, if u know tell me if u dont then dont

You just need to put your downloaded maps in your maps directory.
For Halo PC:
(Your paths might be different, but most common:)
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\Maps
For Halo Custom Edition:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\maps
Also make sure you make backups of your maps, otherwise you'll have to dig them up from the .cab's or reinstall.
