i don't have Paintshop so is there a way i can make a map in Photoshop? i heard you could but i don't kno how HELP!

what? making a CE map is suppose to be used with photoshop and 3ds max, compiled and added to with HEK

i will use Gmax cuz im poor and well i don't know how to make a map in photoshop ifsomeone would show me wink wink...
