i can tell you how to put neon stuff on mc(in halo not halo 2), if that would be of any help?

Yeah that would be helpfull but i need then on the warthog and the ghost instead.

well i do know you can use photoshop (adobe) and then go to filters and go to gallery and under one of the catergories it should ahve a neon one and if thats the look yur looking for then there yah go. tell em if that helped any at all!

In HaloPC, you can only skin it to look like it has a light, but there won't be a lighting effect. In Halo:CE you can, it's much more versatile.

NO halo CE and PC are two different things. They just be put together. Halo CE is a free downlaod and it works with PC's(computers).

I wouldn't say it works for PC's (computers). Macs are perfectly well computers but we don't have CE.
