and whenever i record (i hook up my box to my computer), its slow..like slow-responsed in a way.. but when i dotn record evehting is just fine

Thats because your CPU is being used by the recording application, capturing every frame that is sent to it via video input. Simple explanation, your computer is too busy working on recording than doing other stuff.

no i fixed it..i have a really fast computer..i justmessed around w/ the settings and fixed it:-p
