HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hi, I recently got Halo CE and i set all the settings down ALL the way, i have 150-200 ping, yet i still lag A LOT. Here are my specs for my Desktop computer:

Intel Pentium 4 1.7 Ghz
ATI Radeon 9600SE
256 MB RAM
400 mhz Cache (i think)

If anyone can post how I can reduce my lag, or point me in any direction it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

nice man......but maybe its your framerate? and umm nice comp i got a alienware ATI Radeon X800 pro 4.0 ghz pentium 4(of course) and windows XP home eidtion!(been saving up for 4 years)

jeez, rub it in... anyways, how would i go by changing my framerate?
