HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok i have tried to pm alot of experts here and no reply its been 2 months now and i decided to just post it here but i want to know how to make my web browser that ive made in vb open a link in its self not in internet explorer...........example:i use my browser to go to www.halomods.com then i click on files forums and it opens up in i.e. please help.

God....damnit its been to weeks as much as idont want to ill go ask microsoft.

Have you tried going into your settings and changed your default browser? You can do that, or I suppose if you were really drastic, you could uninstall I.E....
