HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Okay. You can call me a begginer because I am slightly. I have been fiddling around with Halo Map Tools and I would like to actully make something. Here a couple of things I need help and answers to:

1. I Love HMT and I got the plugins and stuff for it so its real cool, but is there any way to do that for Halo CE. I need that sort of power thats all. Or do I use Gurrila?

2. How do I install the mods I have downloaded and made? I have got PPF studios and PPF-O-Matic but I cant seen to get the IMG file to work. I actully dont even know what it is.

3. I I make a mod in HMT how do I get it to the PPF stage or the bit where I can test it. I can make the mod but When i try to run it it goes: Exeption: Gathering Data and then 2 mins later it freezes and closes.

Anything else helpful would be apreeciated.

1. you use HEK for making halo custom edition maps.

2. what image file are you talking about?

3. well you have to apply .ppf to the map with ppf-o-matic, and when it says
"gathering exception data" that means that something you did made the
mod go wrong and it wont be playable.
