1. Is it possible to make a model from scratch on Milkshape?
2. If you make a weapon from scratch, how do you skin it?
3. What progs do you use to make a model?

1. yes
2. Get a program such as photoshop.
3. I use gmax, and 3dsmax

1. Yeah its possible, but hard to get into Halo CE from that format, if you know some one that has Max its easier...
2. You can skin from Milkshape..idk how but I know its possible, best bet is to use Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop
3.Theres loads, 3ds max, chimp, 4d cinema, maya, milkshape,gmax, and loads more
I use 3ds Max tho
