Player names above their head

Player names above their head

I know theres some sort of option where you can enable your teams name to show above their head, not hovering the reticle over the person, but I'm not sure if it is F11 or something. I've done this before, but I've forgotten how. Can someone please tell me?

this option is only currently avalible in CE... its f3 to make it do so
(at least for me)
