problem injecting textures with hmt

when ever i try to save cyborg multipurpose 1.dds or banshee contrail.dds all i get is a white square and when ever i try to inject a texture over them it says that my file is to small and asks me if i want hmt to resize it, so i click "yes" then it says that it has to be a dtx (or what ever it is) 1 texture WHICH IT IS! please help me, i am using hmt 3.5 with an un altered bitmaps.map file

ok well Be sure your injecting DXT 1 Bit Alpha otherwise if it's a dxt2/3 save it as a DXT 2 ... If that didn't solve ya problem catch me on aim or msn

how do i save it as dtx 2/3? im using an image converter and all im seeing is DDS DXT1 Texture, ACE DXT1 Texture, and FS70 DXT1 Bitmap
