My computer's sound is messed up, help!

I have this REALLY annoying music playing from my speakers nonstop, even with nothing running. and no, reboots don't fix the problem. Can anyone help me? and it's not radio signals, this just started recently.

well, maybe ur sound card is blown, or its mic sensitivity is up to high and is picking up ur computer fans?

are you sure its music? if your on Win. XP then ctrl-alt-delete, then go into processes then look for wmplayer.exe then right click and say end process. if its not that then i dont know what the hell is causing it
