Files?

Hi, I'm getting in to modding know how to do almost everything.....The only thing I can't figure out, When I download a file from here in that is .rar, How do I make it a file I can put into my maps then Xbox?

Please Help, And I'm sorry If I sound noob.....I search and couln't find anything.....

Use winrar to open it and then is ppf studio ( I think thats what its called) and for the cd image select the map file and for the ppf use the ppf in the rar file.

PS: You do have a modded Xbox right?
