A Mod--has it been made or could you make it?

i making a movie about the MC against the flood.....but seeing as in SP the flood are un-controlable i was wanting to do it in MP..


for the movie i need a mod were 1 team is flood and the other is spartans.....
if this isnt possible is there a mod so u can play as flood in MP

OR

if these mods havnt been made.....do you think you could be kind enough to make it......TY

P.S im too new to the modding scene to make sumthing this complicated
