little stupid question , please help!

i am a little noob, played haloce for a while but i've havn't play haloce for so long. i forgot all that. i readed that something with Halo2 is out, do you have to set the halo 2 map on the same place that on haloce?? because haloce don't work than. or do i have to download an better haloce or updated haloce or maybe halo 2 ce. please help me with the missed information from me!! 
omg really got a link?!?! if so i think you should post it somewhere unless it's older news or something, and I'm just slow
