HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

OK, I can get the map to work on every time I make one, but I'm still having probs making the ground texture in PhotoShop7 with the "layer\mask\alpha" junk I need to learn to get the game textures to show through. It wasn't really described or explained to well in the tutorials. I have PaintShopPro8 Demo but it will run out before I can make all the things I want. I need someone to help me along here in making the ground texture\.tif with PS7. I know it's like asking alot but I'd really appreciate the help.

So what are you saying you need a plain white 512x512 .tif image made in photoshop 7.0? Cause all that shading happens in the program right?? If this is what you need I can make it I have photoshop 7.0 and 3dmax 6.0. I am also attempting to make a CE map and would be willing to help. PM me or something
