how to u render an animation in 3ds max?

You want to press F10 and then check the thing labeled...well just look at the picture:



Then when you clikcrender on the bottom it will ask a question, click 'OK' and then it will render each frame of the animation.

If there is another way, i don't know it....i don't often render animations
