how do i kick or ban someone in game 
in midgame hit ~
type
sv_kick "player name or number" or sv_ban "player name or number"

put -console into your halo shortcut at the very end
in midgame hit ~
type
sv_kick "player name or number" or sv_ban "player name or number"
