Yo, I had just rebuilt my first map (a-woo-hoo!) when as I played it, I got an exception. It started up fine but quit before saying "Network started. Loading map Sidewinder..."
I rebuilt it according to the criteria, and the rebuild opens fine in HMT 3.5
Any ideas on how to fix this?

The map has invalid information. So where in the tags you added you have something refering to the new item but it should be refering to the old item or spot. Rebuilding is complicated and there is no real why to figure this out with out the stuff you are injecting and reading the tags

I was injecting a Pelican, elite, marine_armoured, grunt, and jackal. When rebuilding, I followed the steps of the guy's wraith PMI tutorial.
I added only the biped and vehicle tag. It also asked me if I wanted to modify the start offset so I clicked yes.
I was rebuilding sidewinder.

Oh ya, and I rebuiled BloodGulch again, this time with a marrine, sarge, pilot, pelican, and crewman. I also click 'no' on the use modified offset thing. Still got an exception when I played it. Its odd... do you have to include the mod2, antr, and coll tags?
Why doesn't someone release a new HMT version with better rebuilding capabilities?

You don't have to go through all of the things. You just have to click the main one and it will auto inject all the necessary tags for you.

Well, I know, but the problem is that when I only add the bipd or vehi tags... I get an exception before the game starts. And I get it even when I rebuild but I dont swap the meta.... And then when I click 'dont use modified start offset' the actual files show up as names like '?@' or '%>!*'
I follow those tutorials posted within the forums... but none of them actually show how to get a biped or a large quantity of tags into the map.
