O.K, how can you make it where you can pick up the plasma sword and use it? I can get it in maps but a can't pick it up or anything.

change the User Ability/Weapon ID tag in HMT to something MC can use

It works, but now I have another problem; I can't do any damage with it. How do you fix that?

To make it simpler, I melee, and it doesn't even harm the other people. I raise the damage.... no difference.
