HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I was following the tutrorial that came with hmt and everything seemed to be going fine until the end when I finally pressed the rebuild button, a promt popped up saying
"A dependecy was refrenced that does not exist!"
and then a bunch of odd abnormal letters including the 'y' with the dots ontop and filenames. and then when i click ok, it has the same message with a different file name and so on and so forth about 50 times
please help?

You have problems with your xml tags you need to make some changes. Can you post a screen shot of one of the errors and I will tell you how to read it and how to change it so it stops appearing.
