I was thinkin on making super weapons mod and i need help, could someone give me the tools to mod, I have HMT
I have the knowledge of swapping projectiles and and making vehicles go faster.

open HMT scroll down to [weap]weapons, and start your modding there by changing the weapons ROF, how much clips it can hold etc...
