I need a full tutorial on getting Devmode to work...

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get Devmode working. Please tell me step by step since I am a noob at Halo modding.

-devmode in the target box...only works for LAN

I do everything to get it working but that stupid "Expection Data" message appears and doesnt allow me to start Halo Custom Edition with it.

You have to remove your init.txt file from your CE directory. That is the Ded Server init file. It seems to conflict with devmode.
