Can you tell me how?

I need help on downloading these mods and putting them on my xbox.Please help. 
first off, you'll need a mod chip. if you don't have one then you can check out http://www.xbox-scene.com or http://www.matrixmodchip.com
and you'll also need a hacked dashbored like EvoX(i think that's what it's called. check it in xbox scene)
and is this for halo or halo 2?
