HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

could anyone tell me how to take screenshots in halo PC? probably a dumb question... I think that you need to change something in the properties but I'm not sure.

Here's what you do:

1. Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard when in Halo
2. Minimize Halo, and open Paint or any other image editing tool.
3. Go to Edit>Paste and you should see your screen capture.
4. Save your image in whatever format you want

not to rule out the print screen button use, but using a program so you dont have to keep minimizing halo is worth it, to me...
My suggestion would be Snag-it, which is available at http://www.techsmith.com

EDIT: I wouldnt use snag-it for recording video of halo, or camtasia, they both suck at recording things that use directX

Thanks for the help! For some idiotic reason i was hitting F12 instead of print screen... im so stupid sometimes.

I also found out another way to get screenshots. Right click for properties, then go to target. After the adress add "-screenshot". It should look like this:

"D:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe" -screenshot
