3DS MAX 7 PROBLEM

Whenever I try to run 3DS MAX 7, I get the following error:
Anyone know how to fix this?

i dont really know, hmmm... Try uninstalling it, reinstalling it, and if that doesnt work...

That's what happens when you don't pay for your copies of software...If you really own the product, post in their forums, I'm sure someone can help you there.
