HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

please help me i have downloaded TF6_-_Halo2_ES.rar its the encryptomatic but every time i try to open it it says the application failed to initalize properly (0x0000135) click ok to terminate the application. please i dont know how to get it to work

have you downloaded .net framework from ms? not sure if you need it for that app but some apps require it

yes, its the .net framework. go to windows update -> optional updates you'll find it there
