Map Editing?

Hey, I tried halo ce but dosent work for me.. so i was wondering how ppl edit halo pc maps? could anyone tell me the program they use?

for simple mods i sugest using spark edit, for more complex mods use hmt, hhht, or hht (or any combanation of the four) use search to find the dl's
