sparkedit question

How do I apply the sparkedit file? The .dat file. No, i do not have HMT, i get an application error, and yes i do have the latest .net framework.
That should sum it up.

what are you smoking? you leave anything that comes with sparkedit alone. the dat file is there for sparkedit to run from! gosh, i thought anybody could figure that one out! don't touch it buddy!

Well, how do I get it ingame?
And i'm smoking weed, cigarettes, cigars, tobacco leafs, cocaine(yes it can be smoked) and a can of soda.
