So how do I get Snow Flakes falling?

Today I am going to teach you how to make it actually SNOW in a multiplayer level.
The items you will need are:
Hex Workshop
Halo MapTools version 3.5 (HMTv3.5)
And the ability to follow directions (<-sad humor)
This will be a step-by-step tutorial, but it will be very thorough.
***PRE-CAUTION - ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP COPY***
So to help you with that. Create a folder on your desktop and label it

wow Im so LOST! ok on the final step which is Overlaping FFFF FFFF How teh hell do I over lap should I just Delete and then copy the ID Number of Snow and Paste?

I don't think I have the right stuff for this. I just need someone to send me a snowing gulch through PM.
Ya know, not him, you should turn this into snow gulch, add snow hogs (levels4you.com) and post it in halo pc modding forum because pie is just friggin' lazy and FAT! (It's True - Statement in pc forum)

I have gotten all the steps right until the ID part. First off I can't highlight it. So I write it down, but the number has more than eight digits... So I'm lost...
Is it possible for someone to make it a patch, in PPF form?

Pie, post your updated snow gulch because I cannot make snow gulch, much less snow gulch with snow flakes.
