plus i download one from this site, and it doesnt work, i even instlaled the visual basic runtimes still doesnt work

No fun it using it cause no 1 can go a regular 16 players without lag this will be a lag fest.

well then you porbely just dont have somthing on your comp that you need to run it try emailing the author of the hack try d/ling framework
