Errors in HMT (Makes a certain deed impossible)

I cannot do a Perfect Injection Model because of this.....
GENERATING RAW MODEL OFFSET LIST
RIGHT CLICK-ADD-EXCEPTION
CLICK YES ON WHAT BPS EXTRACTION?
Care to explain these?
Oh and it won't batch extract and yes I have tried others maps for all these errors.
