yes sure dude i this that for my map i tooked some of the pilar of autumn's rooms and got thwem in my map(look in the comming days to download forums my map is called autumn slay) its realy easy to get them: open sparkedit, open the map u want the piece of base, go to file export mesh to object, then import it in 3ds max, AND READ CARFULLY if u dont want to have errors, fowlow this: create a box, go to edit mesh, and attach EVERY objects that u imported from the .obj file, so it makes 1 object. then select the faces from that box and delete them. select EVERY faces from the mesh youve imported and make flip THEN this is the most important: select EVERY verticles and make weld. this should fix all errors (mostly open edges) hope ull make krayzy things with this...

oh.. my.....god..........dotdot..
Sparkedit is a mapfile viewer, go to the files forum, under the utilities section, and download, open the mapfile, go to the right BP, export as obj, convert to 3ds and then let the mapping begin, done

1. multiple ways
if its a ppf then you have to apply it with hhht or ppf o matic (check the utilities section
if its a full map then make sure it has the proper map name
(like if its crazymod.map and its on bloodgulch, change it to bloodgulch.map) and backup the original (move the original to your desktop or somethin)
2. the print sreen button

i have to compliment you dahaloloard because usually this kind of question would result in a flame war. Because of the instal a mod question was v3ry uber-vague.
