ok in milkshape when i want to move some vertix i move it and when i inject it into hmt and play the game and get the gun its all messed up parts of the gun are mesed up and the skins its horabul but i see other peoples work.and they have absolutly nothing sticking out y is that?

Practice more. People that make models go through trial and error. Just mess around and it will come to you
