Is there a way to get specular and shadows when you cannot access them. I mean is there a program that I can download or a file that I can move that will let me access them (like get rid of the file that scans your computer to let you access all of the video settings, or a way to make it not read your graphics card correctly). Please do not say 'Buy a new Video Card' because I am trying to get the ATI RADEON 9800 PRO 256Mb but it is going to take a long time. Is there any way to access those video settings that are restricted from some users because your computer will not render the lighting effects (so you can have specular and shadows).
