HALO CE HELP!!!

Help!!! I Downloaded Halo CE (Custom Edition, duh) but when I try to open it I get:
Cannot allocate required memory. Some other application has loaded where Halo needs to be located.
How do I fix this?

Make sure you didn't replace the original haloce executable (not the shortcuts) with something else, or in some way messed with it. Look in the haloce dir. and make sure everything is right.

do you have halopc, demo, or have HMT open on one of the maps? try 2 only run haloce alone
