Question About CE Modding

Is there a program that exists that can get a .scenario file from a CE map, or do i personally have to ask the person for the .scenario file?

So in other words dont say
"Hello.Can I have the senerio for your map so I can mod it and release it nder my name?"
If they fall for it,there stupid and thier map is no good.
Try this
"Hi,could I have the senerio for your map.i would like to view its innerworkings to better understand how you achieved this.(Ikd).If I release it Ill give you 80% credit for map."
If all else fails try this
"Give me it or Ill kill you and your whole family"
(Could work)
or try this
So you wont give me the senario?Would a MR.George Washignton change your mind?
