Can't convert to dds.."not power of 2"

it sais its "not a power of 2" when i try to save it from photoshop as a dds image. then i get the big ndvia screen with all this stuff and i can't even see all of the window..it goes off the bottom of the screen..im a bit confused, any help would be greatly appreciated
