PCI cards

I hate my geforce 2 so I think I might get the ATI Radeon 9200 pci. I'm cheap so I don't want to buy anything too expensive, but people have been telling me not to get the PCI card because it is ultra slow. Does anyone here have a PCI card? Are they a lot slower than PCIE and AGP?

I have an ATI Radeon 9200 PCI 256mb 128 bit & it works great. My settings are at 800 by 600, decals off, shadows off, specular off, particle low, & texture high. I get around 35-45 fps. Here's a link to what card I have & a picture.

man I had a 9200 and it sucked... if u want something good u gotta look
froogle.google.com gives me some cheap stuff, like the 9200 card for $50, so meh, try something better...
as fro PCI, it is slower, but if u have no option, it will still work fine.
