Map Editing Question

ok not too long ago i was playing a modded map on someone elces server. I think his name was {ADA}Halo or something and well it had invisabl teleporters on top of one the bases in witch it would teleport him or others up top on cliffs with snipers on it. I am wondering if someone can give me a tutorial on how to do something simalier.
