Missing: Files on HCE

Hi all,
I'm a n0ob to the HaloPC version, and need help with it. Every time I run HCE, it says that it can't find the file "shaders/vsh.bin". Thinking that I could fix this, I copied this file from the Demo version and ran it again, only to hear that it can't find the file "shaders/fx.bin", so I did the same with that file too. I ran it again and it said it couldn't find the file "maps/ui.map". It wasn't as simple to fix this file because it was there allready..... I have tried reinstalling HCE, but with the same problems. I need help with these files, and if they are generic files, someone post them and I will download them to my HCE.
1800MHz, 256MB, 32M ATI Radeon 7000 (0x5199)
