ADPCM Wav audio...........

hey i was just messing around in HMT and i got some of the sound files when i came accross the adpcm wav countryday2 file.......i couldn't play it with anything, quicktime windows media player etc....i did some research and i found that i need this codec that i don't have installed...."voxware_byte_aligned (0x0069) Voxware Inc." i have no idea how to get it, install ir or anything.....so if any experts have any advice or even better a link to a codec or plugin or anything that would be great.......better yet a converter from adpcm wav to like wma or something.....
