A bitmap can be a .bmp, but it isn't always. Bitmap does not mean .bmp.

I stated that in my last post. There are many different formats for bitmaps but .bmp is the raw format.

Now that this is settled, can a mod please lock this topic?

It's a simple concept.. Wow..

Let's go through this slowly.

One - A Bitmap is an image file.

Two - Halo 2 uses the Bitmap format of .DDS

Three - Use common sense next time.
